Here is what you do. You just have to drop the ho which shouldn't be too hard. Go to the kill the pimp and then go to kill the guys who are messing with Jizzy's girl. You really shouldn't have trouble doing that, then go back to the hotel and this is the hardest part. You don't have to shoot the cars, just drive very carefully but you have to stick to them. Finally the cars will crash and you can get out of you cars and use any kind of weapons to kill them.
